Finding Forever was started by Leeanna and Rob Colwell. Rob and Leeanna have four children. They have adopted from Foster Care and are former foster parents. Leeanna and Rob both come from the school of hard knocks and believe that it just takes people who are willing to put in the effort to change the system.
